This training will introduce new MPLA board members to the MPLA Workspace tools. Learn how to manage your MPLA email, manage MPLA documents, and collaborate with MPLA members.

Special Note: It is very helpful to configure your browser for multiple accounts! 

There are some advantages to setting up multiple Google accounts in your browser, but it's important to clarify exactly what you mean by "setting up multiple accounts." Here are two options:

1. Signing in to multiple accounts at once: This allows you to switch between accounts easily without fully signing out and back in. This can be useful if you have a personal account, a work account and MPLA account, and you need to access them quickly. 

2. Using separate Chrome profiles: This creates entirely separate browsing environments for each profile. This is ideal if you want stricter isolation between your personal and professional life, or if you share your computer with others. Each profile can have its own bookmarks, history, passwords, and other settings.

Here's a breakdown of the pros and cons:

Benefits:

• Organization: Keep your personal and work browsing separate for better focus and clarity.
• Privacy: Mitigate the risk of accidentally using the wrong account for something private.
• Security: Separate profiles can add an extra layer of isolation, especially if you share your computer.
